Perfect timing! I'm producing a nine-course Omakase this next week. Half the menu is gourmet; the other half is vegan. Every dish includes at least one Japanese ingredient, one of which includes salt-packed cherry blossoms and cured cherry leaves. Can you say 'foie gras de la mer'? PWND! « reply
