Make a jacket

This year, I actually decided to make my halloween outfit. I was one of the kids from the movie battle royale, and for my outfit I needed a matching tan school girl outfit. After hours of searching on the internet and shopping at stores I couldn't find anything that was good enough. So I decided to make the thing by hand. I whipped out my trusty sewing machine, and go to work. Below is the end result. It was my first time undertaking a project so big. The jaclet doesn't look so hot up close, but I learned a lot of things making. (sleeves are a BITCH to put on! UGH!!) I almost didn't get the damn thing finished...but I ended up sacraficing the weekend of halloween and spent it sewing all night long until I got it done.
