Do yoga (and/or other exercises) consistently
The idea here is to know what you need to get started getting consistent stretch/yoga type exercise on a weekly basis. I suggest not considering the challenge completed until you've done it for at least a month.wonderosity's attempt:
The Story
It has become increasingly clear to me (largely through back and joint pains) that if I don't do something like this, I'm going to be one hurting unit. One of the main problems has been finding a time/place/teacher that works. I am so thankful that a class, taught by Kimberly Oakes, happen to start near our out in the boonies house. Its been great, and my body is much more happy. I can also feel the health connecting to other parts of my life as well...
