Well, do I get extra for also selling it for twice as much (buy:170, sell:340) though stupidly should have held onto it(now:580grrr)) We bought the house at 7031 7th ave nw (Ballard, WA) in 1996 and sold it in 2003. We bought a 100 year old schoolhouse though 2 years ago...picture attached.
