Make a plaster cast of your face

Close your eyes. Put straws in your nostrils. Have someone coat your entire face with several layers of hot wax and gauze, hot wax and gauze. Let it set as you breathe through your nostril straws. Try not to be claustrophobic.

Loon-o'Sea's attempt:

The Story

I did this in a college sculpture class.  When we did this, we had to keep our eyes and mouths closed as the wax was setting.  Some students opted not to participate because they thought it would feel too confined.

After doing the first cast, I then heated up the wax slightly and manipulated it to make a second -- a "twisted face."  The eyes are also etched into the plaster on this one.
