Silliest ebay purchase

I was hanging with my friend Jamie Saft in Brooklyn.  He's a touring jazz musician, plays John Zorn, and he's got an incredible studio down in his basement, filled with a cacauphony of bizarre instruments.  Like, he had this thing that looked like a piano but instead of strings, it had 88 short looping tapes, so you could play whatever was recorded on those (like human voices, or street sounds in key or whatever) by keyboard.

 Anyway, he also had a bunch of child's instruments that he would play with all the talent of a world class jazz musician, including this toy DJ turntables.  I was installed obsessed with owning one, so we hopped on e-bay from his basement and bought the fully functional model you see pictured.  I raise the motherfuckin' roof with it, yo!
