Do yoga (and/or other exercises) consistently
The idea here is to know what you need to get started getting consistent stretch/yoga type exercise on a weekly basis. I suggest not considering the challenge completed until you've done it for at least a month.jonahb's attempt:
The Story
I've been running consistently for about a year. In October I ran the Portland Marathon, and in November I ran the Autumn Classic Half Marathon in Olympia. I'm getting ready for either Vancouver or Seafair this summer.
