The Story

The 1908 craftsman gem in Fremont, Seattle that we ended up with was gutted in 92 - rewired and replumbed, with new windows and a new kitchen and commercial grade appliances. It was love at first site. Best of all, it was mislisted as a 2 bedroom, so it sat on the market for 3 months and slowly dropped in price until we stumbled upon and it and snatched it up.
