Attempt to change toxic christianity

Re-think, confront or help teach a healthier version of a Christianity. One that is more inclusive and life-giving than the more currently popularized version that seems to most often lead to self-righteousness, judgmentalism, fearfulness, exclusivity, a focus on the after-life while disregarding the earth, and more.

The Story

Awhile back I was at a crossroads. I decided I could complain about all that is wrong with Christianity, or I could take it upon myself to live the life of Christ, not an easy challenge I might add. This road has led me to South Africa to help care for HIV orphans. I can't change everyones view of Christianity, but I hope that those who see my life see Christ's love.
